Hi! My name is Jimena Herrera but you can call me Jimmy. Im a fashion designer based in México City. Im passionate about color, art, and fashion as a form of self-expression. Plus, I love to paint. I studied Fashion Design at Centro de Diseño, Cine y Televisión and for four years I was the main tutor of the terminal projects of the same career. Today, Im fashion co-editor at Elle México and my job is not only to create print and digital content, but to transform ideas into beautiful images and articles. As a journalist I´ve had the chance of interviewing personalities such as Stephen Jones, Sophia Amoruso, Filippo Ficarelli (creative director at Pandora), and Silvio Campara (executive director of Golgen Goose) among others. These experiences have taught me that sharing points of view is a form of constant growth and have been inspirational in many ways. Being in touch with people is fundamental in my creative process in order to achieve stunning results that connect with the audience.
